Why we built this

The big home service platforms sell a homeowner's contact info to several contractors at once. The homeowner gets a flood of calls, and the contractors pay for leads they share with their competitors. Nobody wins except the platform.

We do the opposite. You search, you compare real details, and you call the business yourself. We never sell your phone number or email, and pros never pay per lead.

How the directory works

• Every listing is a real business. Listings start from public and open business data and get better when owners claim them and add their photos, hours, services and service area.
• Verified means verified. A Verified badge means the owner proved they run the business, by an email at the business's own domain or a phone callback, and we reviewed the claim.
• Reviews come from homeowners. Anyone can leave a review, owners on paid plans can reply, and we never edit or sell reviews.
• Paid placements are labeled. Featured pros carry a Top Guy badge and sit at the top of their city and trade page. Ads are marked as ads.

How we make money

Pros can list for free. Some choose a paid plan: Pro for $39 a month, or Featured for $99 a month per city and trade. We also sell clearly marked ad space. That's it. No lead fees, no selling your info.
